Should we decide to work together, our first step is a kickoff call to learn more about the business. From there, the Mark Sourced team digs into any customer data that we can get our hands on, because we believe customer understanding is the foundation of effective marketing. We’ll look at call recordings, chat logs, and even directly interview customers if we can. Once we have context on the customer, we audit your existing demand capture marketing channels, put together a prioritized list of recommendations, and then help you execute.
