I work with founders to incorporate SEO an LLMO into their go-to-market and product strategy.
This includes setting up the initial strategy, teaching best practices, and – if needed – recruiting a team.
At the moment, I offer no freelance or agency work. I only offer advisory in exchange for shares or ESOPs.
Every journey is different. It is usually a combination of an initial series of workshops, followed by ad-hoc support. I provide pro-active feedback on any challenges and opportunities I identify.

Malte Landwehr started dabbling in SEO before he turned 18 and has done everything from building a network of affiliate sites to automating social media accounts at scale. After winning the Best New SEO Blog award from seoFM in 2007 and growing his blog to one of the 40 largest in Germany, Malte started speaking at SEO conferences all over Europe.
After finishing his computer science studies degree, focusing on web scraping, graph algorithms, and text analysis, Malte researched social network analysis and social media analytics at WWU for IBM, Vodafone, and multiple German government agencies. While still at WWU, Malte published a book on using Page Rank to identify the most important scientists in a citation graph.
The German Communication Association gave Malte Landwehr a prize (Best Contribution from a Young Scientist) for his analysis of how journalists, politicians, and regular people talked about the Snowden/NSA scandal on Twitter.
The highlight of Malte’s career was finding and reporting a bug in the robots.txt on a Google domain. His activities as a founder and angel investor have resulted in 3 exits.
