Local SEO Guide Overview

Most SEO agencies all offer the same services: SEO audits, content marketing (including scaling content with AI – ask about our AI Location Pages service), technical & strategic consulting, link building, Google Business Profile management, Google Analytics consulting, custom Looker Studio reporting, rank tracking, we have even started an AI optimization practice, etc. We do all those things too, and have been doing it for 20+ years for some of the biggest, and some of the smallest, companies in the world.

All of our programs are custom. We don’t do cookie-cutter SEO so we can scale to 1,000 clients.

And we don’t just do “Local” – ~half our clients are B2B SaaS, ecommerce, and hot AI startups. Some of them are a little too hot, if you ask us.

How Local SEO Guide is Different

We always answer this question with “We don’t know as we have never hired another SEO agency” 🙂

We probably have more experience with multi-location SEO and local marketplace SEO (think Yelp) than any other agency in the world. Clients have included Walmart (still a client), Home Depot, Mapquest, Bing Maps (yes, Bing Maps had trouble ranking in Google lol), Angi.com, Thumbtack, Roblox, AutoNation, Visiting Angels, etc. and plenty of small businesses like landscapers in New Hampshire, lawyers in Texas, roofers in California, etc.

We think our key differentiator is we understand just how critical success at SEO can be to both your business and your job. We think SEO is a fairly ridiculous channel, but we take it and our client work seriously.

Local SEO Guide Client Journey

We typically start out most client engagements with a 30-day strategy project. This gives us an idea of what we think you need to invest to achieve your SEO goals. After that, we typically structure engagements based on your monthly budget and facts on the ground. We don’t lock you into any one set of tactics. For example, if we are doing $5K of content for you each month and we decide we could better use that budget for link building for a few months, we’ll do that.

Each client gets a dedicated Account Manager, but also has access to our entire team, when needed.

We will typically meet with clients as often as they desire. Most clients want either bi-weekly or monthly status meetings, but we have plenty where we are meeting on a weekly basis.

We also offer Slack and Ro.am connections so you can get in touch with your Account Manager quickly.
