Kern Media provides free initial consultations during the proposal phase. Once an agreement is signed, the real work can begin. There is no long-term contract, only a 30-day cancellation policy. Not all clients are accepted due to limited capacity as a true boutique agency. The first 1-3 months are focused on auditing/strategy yet implementation begins as soon as we are able to get key aspects of the site better optimized. Over the course of the first year, our efforts focus on optimizing your core site to ensure no major technical issues are preventing Google ranking improvement and with a special focus on bottom of funnel content pages (services, products, categories, etc) to help increase ROI sooner than later. Long-term, we focus on expanding your keyword universe and growing your brand and revenue.
