Monthly retainer includes everything you need to maintain a technically-sound site and grow search visibility. We lean on GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and our 20 years of experiences to actively monitor and continually improve on-site technical SEO, UX, content strategy, and CRO. We’ll guide you in configuring a brand-owned analytics dashboard so you own and understand your data.

We do manual analysis of the SERPs and rank tracking to identify opportunities, then prioritize and queue up projects based on business needs/seasonality, as well as impact/effort. And we don’t just send you recommendations—we’re ready to make the changes on your website—while also documenting how things are done so your team learns and knows how to properly manage the site’s customizations.

You’ll have Basecamp access to see behind the scenes and contribute without adding extra meetings to everyone’s schedule—this is the project hub with To-do buckets for Tech SEO, Content SEO, CRO, Professional Services (strategy projects, analytics, comp analysis, etc).

Before founding Schleicher Marketing in 2015, Sheena acquired over a decade of experience leading the SEO efforts at prominent digital marketing, design, and development agencies, as well as news publishers. Sheena specializes in ecommerce strategy, technical SEO, Shopify+, on-site content strategy, and migrations–and is trusted by top brands in a multitude of industries.

Sheena is known for her dedication to serving and growing people and brands that have important stories to share. She is on the advisory board for several nonprofits in the San Diego area and also served as an EIR for Startup San Diego (creating the non-profit’s marketing strategy, hosting panels/talks, connecting early stage startups with relevant investors, and much more).

When not working with brands on their next strategic move, Sheena can be found hanging with her husband Steven and their 4 young children on their farm in Oceanside, Ca–family dog, cat, chickens, and goats included! If the surf is up, you’ll find them all at their favorite local break.
