We start every engagement with a discovery call to understand where the client is, what they’ve tried before, and where the biggest opportunities are. We look at their current organic footprint, their competitors’ topical authority, and their visibility (or lack thereof) in AI-generated answers.

From there, we build a tailored roadmap that either starts with a foundational audit or content strategy. With the latter, we’ll choose the right content formats, topic clusters, and distribution channels for their specific goals. This gets presented and approved before any production begins.

Once we’re aligned, our team can either provide content breifs, or take over end-to-end execution completely. We run a tight production pipeline, and review performance with the client monthly. We dont just report traffic numbers, but leads generated, AI citation frequency, and keywords that tie back to revenue. We’re direct about what’s working and what needs adjusting.

Most clients start with a focused 3-month sprint. By month three, they’re usually seeing clear momentum. We don’t do lock-in contracts, and earn the relationship sprint by sprint.
