SEO Expert Witness: Recent Work
My most recent case involved working for a large US-based online retailer in a copywriting and intellectual property dispute. The work consisted of analyzing web rankings, estimating the impact of SEO changes, examining historical records, and evaluating SEO best practices. Working with counsel, I prepared an expert report along with over a dozen supporting appendices and testified at a deposition.
