It all starts with an initial contact by telephone, videoconference or an appointment at the project owner’s premises. This initial exchange not only enables us to get a clear picture of the project, but also to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the forces involved, and to propose an appropriate strategy.

An estimate is then proposed, and adapted if necessary. Once contracted, the relationship often extends over several months or years, with a view to increasing the customer’s skills and independence. Tyseo is responsive and adapts to the customer’s needs.

Throughout the business relationship, we regularly review progress and set objectives for the next deadline.
