No one knows organic real estate marketing like me. I’m Marketing Director for (and married to) a Top 20 real estate agent in a market of ~1,000 real estate agents. (Also, the #1 RE/MAX agent in the market and #26 in the entire state of Washington.)

Discovery call: I’ll get to know you, your business, where you are now, and where you want to be. I’ll also answer any questions you have about me and how I work with real estate clients.

Proposal: We’ll meet again on Zoom so I can deliver a custom proposal with information about your current successes and opportunities, market competition, and more.

Working together: Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll do a kickoff call to get on the same page, review plans, goals, and timelines, and get started on our partnership!

I’ve been doing SEO for 20+ years with an exclusive focus on real estate since 2017 as Marketing Director for the Cari McGee Real Estate Team, a Top 2% team in a market of ~1,000 agents.

From 2019 to 2023, I was the Agent Content lead at HomeLight, in addition to being my wife’s Marketing Director.

Prior to that, I worked at Search Engine Land from 2008-2017, including nearly five years as Editor-In-Chief.

In 2010, I co-founded (and was a regular instructor for) Local University, an organization that puts on local SEO/marketing workshops for small businesses all across the U.S.

Past SEO clients include giants like Target and The Weather Channel, but my heart has always been with real estate agents and other small businesses.
