An initial consult is scheduled after receiving an overview of business info and goals, to understand whether I can help the business. If the client is a fit, I’ll send through a proposal with timeline and then kick off based on given timeline.
If it’s a multi-deliverable project, specific files may be send during the process however for the majority of clients, all deliverables will be packaged up after the audit, normally 3-4 weeks after kickoff.
A follow-up call can be scheduled if required, but comments can be made on the deliverables and replied to there.
The team is just me, Sam. I’ll handle everything related to the work, with nothing outsourced or handled by anyone else. I’ve got almost 20 years of experience in SEO, working on sites both small and large, with experience on sites above 50million pages.
