Everything starts with a 45-minute Discovery Call, where we discuss key aspects of the company’s goals and past marketing experience. Our strategist comes prepared, having already analyzed available external tools.
During the call, we present an initial strategy to achieve the client’s goals and commit to delivering a personalized proposal within 1-2 days. Whenever possible, we request access to essential tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, or advertising platforms to gain deeper insights into the business’s current performance and opportunities for optimization.
After a few days, we present the proposal via email or during a readout call. If both parties decide to move forward, we finalize the agreement with a digital signature, ensuring a seamless and delay-free process.
Once confirmed, all insights and information are transferred to the project team, and we proceed according to the 30-60-90 day roadmap outlined in the proposal. We establish realistic quarterly goals, each designed to bring us closer to the final objective. Throughout the process, the Project Manager and team continuously assess results, introducing new strategies and optimizations based on the company’s current performance and evolving needs.
At this stage, we often become an integrated extension of our client’s in-house team, working within the same systems, workflows, and communication channels.
