Kollective Profile

Kollective was founded in 2011 by Lynn Patchett and Paul Davies – two expats (Canadian and British), and travellers at heart, who’ve made Greece their home for over 20 years. They started Kollective after working in bigger agencies, seeing what worked, what didn’t, and wanting to do things differently.

Lynn has been in the SEO and digital marketing world since the early days – back when Moz was still SEOmoz – and is known for his no-nonsense, results-first approach. He loves talking digital and regularly mentors on the GrowthMentor platform. With a background in social anthropology, he’s passionately curious about how people interpret digital storytelling and ultimately decide where – and how – they want to travel.

Paul was one of the UK’s first Digital Design BA graduates and has been building clean, effective user experiences ever since, balancing aesthetics with structure and strategy with speed. He’s worked across industries but always comes back to hospitality, where design has to do more than look good – it has to tell each hotel’s story, inspire trust and of course drive bookings.
