I start with a free consultation to evaluate our clients goals, budget and expectations.
From here I will either part ways if their expectations are unrealistic, or more likely progress to the next phase of quoting based on the intial consulation and briefing.
After aceptance of the quote, I progress on to project scoping, defining timelines and milestones. After client acceptance of the proposed timleines and milestones, I get cracking on the tasks deifned which can dramatically differ from project to project, some will want just some brand value support, graphics creating for an upcoming campaign, though to a full SEO audit wiht GAP analysis and competitor review.
Upon completion of each piece of deliverable work, I pass this to the clinet for review, I follow this up with a milestone meeting in most cases to review and reflect and take feedback where applicable.
I then rinse and repeat the above process until the project is delivered within the timelines and budget scoped in the intial consultation. If at anypoint the project is likely to be delayed or budget will need to be reviewied due to additiaonl feature requests for example, this would always be done in advance of any additional works being carried out and in most cases via a planned meeting with the client.
Once the project is deemed complete from my side, I will pass this to the client and arrange a handover meeting along with the invoice at the final milestone, which is deemed the final handover.
The agreed milestones are the points I invoice my clients, unless agreed otherwise in advance and in writing.
