Our first meeting together is a discovery call. This call is to go over what’s worked, what hasn’t, identify your growth goals and TAM, and see if we might be a good fit for you.
If we are a fit, we’ll schedule a secondary call in the near future to go over the proposal we’ve built.
If you want to move forward with us, we’ll send over an agreement with an effective start date of the 1st of the following month. Our agreement is 12 months but is nothing more than a glorified month-to-month. There is no early termination fee, we just require 20 business days notice.
After you sign the agreement that will kick off our onboarding process. We have questionnaires for information gathering and your Project Manager will schedule a kickoff call with you, your Account Manager, and PM.
The kickoff call goes over your answers to the questionnaires, cover your growth goals, go over our deliverables for the month, etc.
During any given month while we’re working together, when a deliverable is ready, whether we need feedback from you or not, we’ll send it to you.
We work in 3-month sprints/roadmaps, at the end of each sprint, your AM will review overall progress and build out the next 3-months worth of deliverables. When they are finished with the next sprint, they will record a Loom video walking you through it.
Your PM is your main PoC and if they don’t know the answer, they will get it in front of the team to get the answer.
You’ll have a monthly call with your AM & PM to go over reporting and the deliverables for the current month.
1 Review on “RicketyRoo”
Cyrus Shepard
The RicketyRoo team is one of the smartest in all of SEO. They are the absolute crème de la crème for local service businesses, from single location to national chains. What’s truly impressive is the employees who work with RicketyRoo make up one of the deepest talent “bench” in the industry, which means there’s zero chance of working with a junior agent – EVERYONE is an expert. I’ve been truly impressed with Blake Denman and RicketyRoo over the years.
