Typically starts with an initial contact form response or referral message leading to some quick back and forth messages to understand needs.
Then we’ll hop on a call to go over some initial findings and opportunities for the potential client based on a quick audit. We’ll ask about their most profitable services, ICP, and then discuss direction, potential deliverables, and agree on a potential timeline.
We’ll then email over a proposal based on what was discussed on the call and any additional insights we may have come across in the meantime.
Once the terms are finalized, we’ll both sign and we’ll send over the first invoice.
We then gain GSC, GA, site access, and once the transfers made we get to work.
We can do a kickoff call at the start and another call at the end of each month. We can share a Slack channel and/or in my opinion – more effectively – share a Drive folder to track deliverables, share comments/questions and ensure client satisfaction.
