A typical client begins with a free initial consultation where we discuss expectations, business, and website. This gives me a holistic view of the business.
Price Quote
Following the initial consultation, I prepare a service price quote with details about delivering services. Once we formalize the partnership with an agreement, I dive into delivering the service.
Executing Audit
I audit the website and collect as much data as possible from different sources to get a complete picture. Once I have all crucial data, I identify the biggest issues worth solving, as often not everything is worth spending time on.
Delivering Results
Based on findings, I create a document of all issues found. Based on the client’s platform, I prepare detailed manuals for fixing each issue. I then schedule a call with the client to set individual priorities for each issue to use their resources effectively.
Implementation
This phase is handled by the client’s team. However, I remain available to help their team, since there can be unexpected system limitations during the process.
Results
Once the client implements all findings, we watch how metrics improve over time. I don’t guarantee results as that’s not possible. But, in 99% of websites it brings greater user experience which delivers better conversions and higher revenue.
Ongoing Support
For most companies, I monitor their website. Since developers and content teams make many changes daily, it’s critical to monitor the site to avoid any accidental damage.
