Everyone begins with a free consultation to discuss project needs. For website design projects or ongoing maintenance (we call them Care Plans), most of our clients sign a Service Agreement that ends when they cancel or we cancel, and very few people cancel. We offer flexible payment plans for web design projects and the monthly Care Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at any time.
