When you work with Omni Search Labs, you won’t be handed off to a junior account manager or an outsourced support team. You will work directly with me, Chris Sheehy. As the founder and lead strategist, I bring nearly 28 years of continuous digital leadership experience to your project. My career has been defined by a single mission: bridging the gap between people searching for answers and the businesses that provide them.

My journey began in 1997, long before Google became a household name. I started by building and marketing my own automotive insurance website, which earned a “Website of the Year” nomination. This early success taught me that search visibility is about more than code. It’s about connecting human needs with reliable solutions. Since then, I have founded multiple companies, including Sidewalk Branding Co., which Brave River Solutions successfully acquired in 2022. I then led their Digital Services department for several years before returning to my entrepreneurial roots to launch Omni Search Labs in 2025.

My background as a business owner first and a marketer second makes me unique in this industry. I have met payroll, managed P&L statements, and navigated economic downturns, just as you have. I don’t view your marketing budget as a means to generate clicks. I view it as an investment that must generate a return. I always filter my advice through the lens of fiscal responsibility and operational reality.

My leadership style is based on the concept of Kaizen, or continuous improvement. I treat our partnership as a collaboration in which we are constantly learning, testing, and refining our strategy. My commitment to education extends beyond my agency. I have had the privilege of contributing to the curricula, lectures, and student projects of institutions such as Columbia University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and the University of Rhode Island.
