It starts with a 30-minute conversation where we want to understand your challenges better. We then go through the details of our process to show which areas will help us solve those challenges and how we’ll get there.
As an outcome of that call, within two days you’ll get a high-level assessment of your website, a short- and long-term roadmaps, and free a messaging test of your Home page (subject to availability of testers in your industry).
We’ll send you a summary and we’ll be available for a 60-minute Q&A from anyone on your team whenever you’re ready.
From that point, we usually start with two days of remote or in-person workshops. The first day allows us to align the wider team on website challenges and goals, and the second day ends sets a direction for the website prototype which we’ll test with your target audience.
On the back of the workshops and equipped with the prototype, we start building out a design system for the website and implementing the changes – be it a new website, or an iteration of the existing one. The process involves prioritising the next steps on catchups at least once a week, and more often as and when needed.
Post-launch, we typically work in focused 6-week cycles. First, your and our team get access to a space where they can pitch ideas. We have a structured format for the pitches, and then everyone has an opportunity to contribute their feedback. After all, we all have unique experiences and work in areas of business that might offer a valuable perspective on messaging, style, or even functionality. These ideas usually go through user tests and once we estimate that they’re an improvement, we implement them. For the discarded ideas, we log them along with the learnings so that everyone can refer back to them in the future.
