Mint Studios Client Journey

– In the first consultation, we spend time understanding what the client’s problem is, how their company acquires customers, what content they’ve done already, whether it’s been successful or not, and what their goals are
– Typically, we propose to do a 2 week diagnostic: a 2 week paid project for $1,200 where we dive into the company’s CRM, interview a sales lead and dive into their marketing analytics to understand 3 key things: 1) what is and isn’t working across content marketing? 2) what’s the opportunity? 3) what does execution look like?
– After the 2 week project, we go through a 1 hour call where we share our findings and a proposed strategy, ending with a custom proposal that shows 3 ways the client can choose to work with us.
– Once we’ve decided on the approach, we decide on a start date with the engagement. Most engagements are ongoing monthly, and involve number of articles, backlinks, whether Google Ads is involved, long form reports.

Araminta Robertson: the Managing Director and founder of Mint Studios. I take all the sales calls and complete diagnotics with new clients. I onboard the new clients and after a couple of months a content strategist takes over. I’ve been in fintech for 6+ years, starting my career in-house before going freelance and eventually starting the agency. I also co-run a fintech marketing community with 2,000+ fintech marketers, as well as a fintech marketing podcast and host 2 – 3 events every year in London and New York.

Elliot McGuire: Head Content Strategist. Elliot is content strategist for multiple clients and also hires and coaches our writers. He’s been with us for 2+ years and understands the fintech space well.

Michelle Maiellaro: Content Strategist. Michelle is also content strategist and writer, and has been with us for 3+ years.

Katie Norris: Content Strategist. She worked for the biggest fintech in Europe, Adyen, for 8 years, and is now one of our content strategists. She’s been with us for almost a year.

Charlie Jarvis: Content Strategist. He’s worked with multiple fintech and SaaS accounts and has a lot of experience in content marketing. He’s been with us for almost 2 years.
