Our typical Client is the Marketing manager or owner for a small to mid-sized business that is looking to increase visits to their website from organic sources.
After meeting with the client we will asses their needs and write up a proposal detailing our approach, the deliverables, the cost and the time frame for the work.
Once we begin there is a kick off meeting where we gain access to relevant properties (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc). We also make sure that at this stage we are aligned with the clients goals and expectations.
Next we begin the work, which often starts with data gathering, including keyword research, competitor research and much more. From there we present our findings to the client, and recommend a strategy. Once the client approves the strategy we begin executing it.
Sometimes the implementation phase is us access the website and making changes there. Other times we interact directly with our clients creative and development teams and they will make the actual changes to the website.
Once implimentation is underway we begin closly tracking results. In some cases results are organic traffic, other times it’s rankings for keywords, and other times the result may be a conversion action taken on the website. Our goals will always align with the client’s goals, whatever that may be.
Next, we continue to look at data and refine our approach based on our findings. After a predetermined time, we wrap up , and advise the clients on potential next steps.
