We utilize a process called the Adaptive Growth System which is a divergent and convergent methodology that allows us to be strategically focused and tactically efficient. The methodology begins with an evaluation of the landscape that your brand operates on. This includes four core audits – marketing, competitior, brand and technology – to survey and past and current state, define business goals and evaluate historical performance. Next we analyze the available data to identify trends, gaps and anomalies that can be used to develop a perspective about go-to-market strategy. Once the analysis process is complete we move on to strategy which is where we develop hypthosises about the future state, create prototypes of creative and build out the channel plan. We then execute in line with that plan before finally optimizing for the future. This is an iterative process that is run through at least once per quarter.
